Fulham have rejected a suggestion value as much as £16.5m from Brazilian membership Palmeiras for Andreas Pereira.
The 29-year-old Brazil midfielder has began 15 of Fulham’s 19 Premier League video games this season, with the west Londoners eighth within the desk and pushing to qualify for Europe.
After taking part in within the first 12 video games Pereira was dropped due to a “technical determination”, in accordance with supervisor Marco Silva after the 1-1 draw at Tottenham in early December.
Silva denied his absence was associated to an interview by which Pereira was quoted as saying it could be “very cool” to play for French membership Marseille underneath former Brighton supervisor Roberto de Zerbi.
Pereira known as the interview “malicious and inaccurate” on his Instagram account.
However his future at Fulham – the place he has been since becoming a member of from Manchester United for £10m in 2022 – stays unsure as sources in Brazil anticipate one other bid.
In the meantime, sources at Marseille say they’ve cooled their curiosity in Pereira.
