The Publish Workplace’s former boss Paula Vennells has instructed the ultimate day of an inquiry into the Horizon IT scandal that her senior group failed to tell her of key data however stated “she has no need to level the finger at others”.

In a closing assertion, Ms Vennells’ lawyer named quite a lot of ex-colleagues – together with Angela van den Bogerd – who she claimed didn’t inform her about pertinent information linked to the scandal.
